Building a Legacy of Change
Hearts of Mothers Foundation was established in 2009 with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a Uganda where every mother and girl has the opportunity to thrive.
What started as a small community initiative has grown into a comprehensive organization serving over 50,000 beneficiaries across 100+ communities.
Today, we operate six core programs spanning healthcare, education, and economic empowerment. Each program is designed to create lasting change, not just temporary relief.
