Hearts of Mothers Foundation was established in 2009 in Uganda with a simple yet powerful mission: to create a world where every mother and girl has the opportunity to thrive.
What started as a small community initiative in Wakiso District has grown into a comprehensive organization serving thousands across Uganda. We believe that empowering a mother is the most effective way to transform a family and, ultimately, an entire nation.
